Once you have made a payment please understand that your money will not be taken immediately please allow up to 72 hours for security reasons due to fraudulent activity’s.
Please allow 7-14 processing and shipping days max to receive your wig in total DUE TO COVID-19 CIRCUMSTANCES.
As we need 5-7days processing time to have your wig ready. But once your wig is completely done it will be shipped out next day delivery via Royal Mail before 1 pm
Once you open up the hair when received there will be no refund only exchange.
